FACILITATED LEARNING PROGRAMS

BRANTA Worldwide's Facilitated Sessions are highly experiential adult learning programs that will change the face of leadership in your organization. Our seasoned professionals help your managers explore the compelling conditions necessary to create a culture of success. The content is research-based, real world tested, and relevant to the participant’s own experience. Participants draw from their experiences to practice new leadership skills in a supportive environment. The result is a dramatic increase in the probability of successful and meaningful application back on the job.

Each program is customized to meet your organization’s needs, and initial sessions typically range from one to three days. We have found that the sessions may be delivered with intact teams or cross functional groups with predictable success.

With Branta, the learning does not conclude at the end of the formal training session.  We prepare participants for continued progress with material for follow-up sessions, allowing your leaders to grow in knowledge, skill and confidence. These follow-up sessions can be led by an expert from BRANTA Worldwide or a member of your own staff.
